I use wordtracker a lot for keyword researching and it is a great tool to find out what people are searching for these days.
So I did a comprehensive research on the word “Real Estate” and strangely “California real estate Ray and Peggy Pierce” showed up as one of the top searched keyword phrases in both Google and Yahoo! search engines. Yet, when I did a research on “California real estate Ray and Peggy Pierce” in Google and Yahoo! I can’t seem to find a good real piece of information on “California real estate Ray and Peggy Pierce” I wonder why that is! Are people really searching for information on “California real estate Ray and Peggy Pierce” or are these searches just a hype or somehow made up artificially.
Who is Ray and Peggy Pierce anyway? It is quite obvious that they are realtors, but why are they so popular in the search engine searches? Please let me know if you have an answer to this. I will continue to try to hunt down the truth because this looks all too fishy to me, that “California real estate Ray and Peggy Pierce” is being searched more than just “California real estate” alone. So sad there is nobody searching for “California real estate Steven Chang”
The answer is simple I tell my out of State client to use those search keywords.
