my muscles are tired

Weighed myself and I am 199 lbs heavy. This is with my slack and tennis shoes.

Exercise I did today:
Bench
135 lbs, 2 sets of 12 reps & 1 set of 6 reps (got tired)
Abs
Raise legs, 2 sets of 12 reps
Bicep
50 lbs, 3 sets of 15 reps
