Boy, I worked out my chest, my triceps, and did some squats and shoulders today. I can say that I should be doing this more regularly, instead of having to wait till weekends when my cousins come over.
Here is what I have done today:
Bench
135lbs, 12 reps
185lbs, 5 reps (stupid Mei bumped it up so much from 135lbs
)
Squat
with bench bar (45lbs) 12 reps plus shoulder raise a few reps
And of course I swam a few laps of breast stroke and butterfly in the pool.
